Can I reserve a vehicle with flexibility to change or cancel? I have a booking and need to cancel because of COVID-19. What do I do?
To travel with complete flexibility, select Pay at Counter option. This option offers free modifications or cancellations at any time.
When selecting this option, you receive the saving for paying in advance. you can cancel at least 48 hours in advance of rental collection and you will be given a credit or return of your minimum deposit less handling and merchant fees.

Can I travel interstate? or within my state or territory?
States and Territories have applied their own restrictions to intra and interstate travel, including closing their state borders. Prior to making a booking, we advise all customers to keep updated on the latest State and Territory developments.
What steps is Avraa taking to ensure my collection and drop off is safe and my vehicle is sanitised?
Avraa is committed to keep every one of our customers and employees safe. All vehicles and keys and accessories are cleaned and sanitised with the best available green products available before every hire, we have great confidence in yours and our safety.
Can I pick up my vehicle with minimal contact?
Avraa takes the worry out of pick up and drop off vehicles with minimal contact. Paperless rental agreements have been instated, and upon returning the vehicle customers will receive their booking receipt via email in 2021 when you book and pay online.
Do I need to wear a mask when I collect or return a vehicle?
Yes, as a condition of entry to the Busselton Margaret River Airport and our other airport locations, please remember to wear a face mask when collecting and returning vehicles at any airport until Covid-19 comes under total control.
